Returns & Exchanges

At El Rodeo Western Boutique, we want you to love your western wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and boot boxes are included and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
